Between work, classes, bills, homework, friends, sleep..or lack of, stress can be overwhelming at times. Unnecessary stress has been proven to affect health, blood pressure, the vasoconstriction of blood vessels, everyone would live longer if we just chilled out! There was harp music playing, free yoga, neck warmers, food and drinks, etc. It was really relaxing and all for free.
